A deposit of 50% of your total reservation charge will be taken at the time of your reservation.  The balance will be collected at check-in.  100% deposit is required for all one-night stays.

A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends during the in-season and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. Due to possible cancellations a one night stay may be available in-season.
